Nature of Services / Deliverable
Our primary deliverable is a digital Blockchain Forensic Report, prepared from the data you provide and our independent analysis. The report is delivered electronically. We do not take custody of client funds, execute transactions on your behalf, or act as your agent or fiduciary.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We perform our analysis diligently and professionally; however, no specific outcome is guaranteed, including—but not limited to—recovery of funds or acceptance of our report by any third party (e.g., exchanges, platforms, insurers, or authorities). Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Law-Enforcement & Compliance
Where appropriate and subject to proper process, our reports may be shared with law-enforcement or other competent authorities. We follow applicable KYC/AML and data-protection requirements and handle client data confidentially, consistent with our Terms & Conditions.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are for time, expertise, and the digital report. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy: a full refund may be requested within 14 business days of purchase provided no report or consulting service has been produced. Once a report or service has been produced, no refunds are issued. Submit requests in writing to support@rhaconsulting.co
No Attorney–Client Relationship
Using our services or receiving our report does not create an attorney–client, advisor, or fiduciary relationship.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or opportunities, or reliance on the report beyond the stated scope. Your use of any deliverable is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
